Transport – Arrivals and Departures
The Organising Committee has arranged for transfers between Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio Airports and the Milan Central Railway Station and the 4 preferred hotels.
Transport - Service between the 4 preferred hotels and the venue
The organizing Committee has planned for transport for the teams between
the 5 preferred hotels and the competition venue.
Transport - Boat
Boat transfers from the airport to the competition venue and storage at Idroscalo will be available.
Fee: 40€/per boat

Accreditation
The following services are included in the Accreditation fee,
•  Airport Transport
•  Transport Service between the Hotels (only for the 4 hotels of the list) and the venue
•  ‘’Other Services’’
Fee: € 100/per person for the period of 29 August to 6 September, 2010

Food & Beverage
Catering arrangements have been made for participants that would like to stay at the competition site all day, therefore not having to go back to the hotel for lunch.
The participants camping will also be able to take advantage of the catering service.
Lunch Voucher Booklets will be available for purchase Price: € 14/per meal
A bistro will also serve light meals and cold and hot drinks.

Medical Facilities
Next to the club at the Idroscalo, there is a First Aid Station for water and ground operations. During the matches a doctor and ambulance will be posted on site. In addition, a massage area will be set up near the boats storage at a fee for the teams that require this service.

Visa Information
Countries requiring a visa to enter Italy must send their information no later than 2 July 2010
to the international office of the Canoe Kayak Italian Federation, by e-mail: tecnico.internazionale@federcanoa.it

•  Passport No.
•  Expiry date
•  Visa delivery embassy town
•  Arrival and Departure Date
•  Accommodation Information in Italy

Doping control
