The Organizing Committee agreed prices with 5 hotels located next to the competition area at Idroscalo (see the attached map), where about 738 beds are available.
Also special accomodation for tents and caravan only, will be setup next to the tribunes of Idroscalo, which can lodge 100 people.

Hotels
Preferred rates for half and full board at 5 hotels (total of 738 beds) located next to the competition area at Idroscalo (see the attached map) have been negotiated for participants.
Here are the agreed rates for accommodation per person per day in the 5 hotels

Camping Area
A area for special camping site only with tents, caravan and car park can accommodate up to 100 people.
Please take note that it is forbidden to light up fires within the area, and therefore to cook. Campers will necessarily have to avail themselves of the catering service, booking in advancefor meals.

Timelines and Payments
Payments must be made in Euro currency strictly via bank transfer together with
the appropriate form.

Each percentage due is for all services including accreditation fee, hotel reservation, catering, camping and boat transport. All the participants will have to send the appropriate entry forms
and the payments, respecting the following calendar and the deadlines.
Completed forms must be returned to the Organizing Committee within the deadlines by e-mail to:
