Canadian canoe and kayak rental
In order to facilitate teams whit boat transport problems we ask to send an email not later than April 6th
to our address info@idroscaloclub.org, specifying the type of boat required. Rental will be subject to availability. The cost is euro 30,00 per well, or place for the Canadian athletes.
The person in charge is Ezio Caldognetto, who will give prompt confirmation about the availability through the Club Secretariat.
Payment must be made immediately at the arrival at the Idroscalo Club secretary’s office.
Possible boat damages, even made by third parties, must be immediately refunded.

Teams minibuses and trolleys entrance
Minibuses and trolleys can access the competition field through the Sport area entrance (gate B):
driving from airport Linate towards Rivolta d’Adda and following the fence of Idroscalo, it’s the one just after
the Tribunes entrance.
At the gate, our Security operators will deliver a pass from the Provincia of Milan Office which allows parking
in the reserved area within the Sport area of Idroscalo.
Operators will then show the vehicles drivers the way to the racks installed in the yard of the Club site,
indicating the space assigned to each team.
Boat storage coordinator is Ezio Caldognetto (cell. +39 348 5179852) along with Paolo Ordesi
(cell. + 39 340 0062840).
Further on, following our operators instructions, trolleys will be parked in the area next to the church of Idroscalo, while mini buses will be parked along the road behind the sheds.
Dragon boat and Polynesian teams will use the embark pier as storage, too. (See the map).

Camping Entrance
Entrance No. 8 to the camping and the parking area is on the west shore of the lake. The pass for the access
to this area will be delivered at the entrance gate by our staff.

Competitions Secretariat and teams accreditation
Accreditation will start on Saturday, April 10th from  10:00 am to 12:00 am at the Competitions
Secretariat in the Tower building, at the ground floor on the left. In addition to the Secretariat at the
Tower building, during the course of the entire event a further Secretariat at Idroscalo Club will be operative providing race time tables and results to accredited team leaders and coaches, and exposing them on the apposite scoreboards.

Dressing rooms, showers and toilets
They are all located at the Idroscalo Club site.
Male athletes are hosted at the apposite athletes dressing room of the Club. Male paddle ability athletes are hosted at the appositely equipped male members dressing-room of the Club. All female athletes are
hosted at the female members dressing room of the Club.

Catering
The service will be available at “Central Park”, located at the Punta dell’Est of Idroscalo, opposite to the Tribunes, easily accessible by walking along the path from the Sport area.
The cost of the meal is euro14,00. The menu includes: main and second course, side dish and drink;
other options at the cost of euro 10,00 are pizza + drink or 2 sandwiches + 1 fruit + drink.
Meals must be booked not later than March 28th, meal tickets can be purchased at the accreditation
at the Competitions Secretariat.

Camping
The person in charge is Cesare Caroli cell. +39 389 2770923 who will be present on-site from Friday 9:00 p.m.
to Monday 7:00 a.m. and contactable throughout the day.
In order to ask for the availability of the area, situated in the western part of the park, close to the entrance
8 as shown in the map, we need to communicate promptly to the Security Service of the Provincia of Milan
the number of people for each team who decides to enjoy this kind of accommodation, including a copy
of each identity document and of the vehicle document, the type, license plate and dimension of the camper,
the dimension of the tents, the Team leader’s data.
For the entire period of stay we ask for a contribution of euro 5.00 per person payable at the accreditation.
As to access, guests will have to attain to Idroscalo opening/closing time.
Delayed access, after 9 p.m., must be agreed in writing with the person in charge.
As to the possibility of cooking, only the use of specific approved camping equipment will be permitted.
All requested information (campers identity and vehicle documents - arrival and departure dates) must be
sent via fax +39 027560364 or email info@idroscaloclub.org to the Club Secretariat not later than March 28th. After this date further requests for accommodation will not be accepted.

Press room
It will be set up at the Tribunes, opposite to the Tower building and accessible through the Tribunes entrance.
Wireless connection will be active, the races results will be available in real time on the website
