Registrations –to be made online not later than thursday, april 8th at 07:00 p.m. at the following addresses: for italians teams www.iscrizionicanoa.com for the other teams via email info@idroscaloclub.org or via fax +39 027560364 to the organizing committee. the registration fee is euro 15,00 per paddler/per race (reserves excluded) and must be paid directly at the accreditation.
withdrawals must be communicated to the organizing committee not later than friday, april 9th at 12:00 am online to www.iscrizionicanoa.com for italian teams, and via email to info@idroscaloclub.org
or via fax + 39 027560364 for the other teams. withdrawals communicated after the deadline will be charged euro 30,00 fine per crew to a maximum of euro 180,00 per team, and the due amount will have to be paid by the teams to the organizing committee before the beginning of competitions.
teams who will not show up on the regatta course will have to pay to the organizing committee the registration fee plus a euro 30,00 fine per crew to a maximum of euro 200,00 per team within 7 days after the end
of the event, or the admission to next competitions will be invalid, unless further disciplinary penalties.
teams accreditation –
Teams accreditation saturday, april 10th from 09:00 am to 12:00 am at the tower building. the teams representatives will have to pay the registration fee of euro 15,00 per paddler/per race.
Boat weight control will be made.
Award ceremony at the end of each race.
