During the competition days the office is working from 7,00 to
20,45.
Idroscalo logistics
Participants vehicles and trolleys must access Idroscalo through
the Sport area entrance (n.1 on he Idroscalo map):
driving from airport Linate towards Rivolta d’Adda and following
the fence of Idroscalo, it’s the one just after the
Tribunes
entrance.
At the gate, our Security operators will deliver the pass which
allows parking in the reserved areas.
An operator will show the racks carrying the indication of the
nation or team where to deposit kayaks
(area n.5 on Idroscalo map),
where to park the empty trolleys (area n.2 on Idroscalo map next
to the church
of Idroscalo), and the vehicles (area n.3 on Idroscalo map behind
the sheds).
Boat storage coordinator is Ezio Caldognetto (cell. 3485179852)
along with Paolo Ordesi (cell.3400062840).

Dressing rooms, showers and toilets
They are all located at the Idroscalo Club site (n.6 on Idroscalo
map), Athletes are hosted in the area expressly
indicated, which
is the athletes dressing room of the Club with showers and toilets.
Eventual female hosts can use the female members dressing room
of the Club.
Camping
In order to use the camping area indicated with n.13 on the Idroscalo
map, located in the wooded zone behind
the Tribunes, with toilets
and next to the parking area, it’s necessary to make a written
request using the Society
or the Federation headed paper and fax it to the Club secretariat
(+39 02 7560364) within the 25th of june,
specifying the number
of people and including a copy of each identity document, the type
and license plate of the
vehicles (camper or car), their dimension,
copy of the vehicle document, the size of the tents, the Team leader’s
data.
The access to the Idroscalo area, also for those who stay in the
camping area, must be through the gate indicated
with n.1 on the
Idroscalo map, where they receive the parking pass. To go out,
they can use the gate of the
Tribunes indicated with n. 9 on the
Idroscalo map.
Who intends to cook his own food must use apposite camping equipments.
The camping guests will have to keep to Idropark timetable: opening
at 7,00 - closure at 21,00.
Catering
The service, at agreed prices, will be available at “Central
Park” (n.4 on Idroscalo map), a restaurant located
at the
Punta dell’Est of Idroscalo, opposite to the Tribunes, easily
accessible by walking as about 350 mtrs.

Booking requests on Society or Federation headed paper must come
to the Secretariat within 25th of june,
by email or fax. Tickets
can be bought at the accreditation in the Tower building room (n.10
on Idroscalo map).
Price and service:
Lunch on saturday and sunday starting from
12,00.
Picnic basket with 2 sandwiches, tin can drink, fruit, euro
9,00.
Dinner Self-service on saturday from 19,00
to 20,00.
First and second plate, tin can drink or bier, fruit, euro
14,00.
Dinner is possible on friday and sunday, too, at the same
price.
Press and Vip room
It’s located at the first floor of the sheltered tribune
(n. 11 on the Idroscalo map), where journalists can find:

line, by cable Internet, Wireless system, 2 Internet connected
computers.
Competition secretariat and teams
accreditation
It takes place in the Tower building room (n. 10 on the Idroscalo
map) on Saturday 4th of july at 11,00.
The secretariat at the Club
site stays always open. |
